Romans 16

He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. (KJV - Romans 16:1)

In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. (KJV - Romans 16:2)

He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. (KJV - Romans 16:3)

He was with God in the beginning. (KJV - Romans 16:4)
